Genuine product is produced and manufactured by the same vehicle manufacturer, other products are produced by our company, or one of our certified manufacturer for the vehicle.

Yes, for many cars we can, but it won’t be a programmed key.

You can take your keys and/or remotes, along with your vehicle, to a professional locksmith shop for cutting and programming. If you are unable to find a locksmith in your area, you can take them to your local dealership instead.

Please Note: For our customers who wants us to make new copy of their key’s that’s outside UAE, we cannot cut and program the key and/or remote even if you send those to us via courier. The vehicle and the original key must be present for programming.

Our website has features that is made to help our customers to find their key easily. All you have to do is go to our website and enter the car brand, model and year in the search box, and the page will show you a result of items that is available for the car that you searched.

Keys that are being purchased online or from a shop will not work instantly on your car after purchased. It needs to be cut and programmed to your vehicle before it will work properly.

Yes! We guarantee our keys and remotes will work 100%.

Please Note: If you purchased the correct key and if you know how to program it using the correct tools, the keys and remotes that you bought from us should work 100%.

Purchasing & Shipping

List of Payment methods we accept:

-Pickup From Shop (applicable for customers residing within UAE) – You can make an order and you can pay it upon picking up from our shop. After making an order, an email or a call confirmation will be given to you once your order is ready.

-PayPal, Credit Card – We accept online payment using these methods

-Bank Transfer and Western Union – We only use these method for customers that has a bill amount above one thousand dollars, and for customers that doesn’t want to use online payment and for some customers that doesn’t use PayPal or Credit Card to pay online.

If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, It might have happened due to the following reasons:

-You entered a wrong credit card number.

-You entered a wrong CVV code.

-You entered a wrong expiration date

-You used an invalid/fake credit card credentials.

-You used a cancelled credit card.

-Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned).

 Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred.

We ship orders every day and within 24 hours after placing the order. The shipping takes place from Saturday to Thursday, Dubai Time (GMT+4). In some rare cases like Friday’s and Holidays, orders being placed during those days will be shipped within 48 hours and you will be notified via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping charges depends on the following:

-Size and Weight of the item

-Shipping method or shipping company that is available in your country

-Distance from Dubai, UAE to the city where the item needs to be delivered

We usually ship with DHL, Aramex, FedEx and TNT couriers. And you can always find the shipping charges online before paying and making your final order.

Yes you can by viewing order history which can be found in the dropdown menu of your profile

And you will receive the tracking number of your shipment via email once the courier company started to ship your orders.

Usually we ship orders within 1 or 2 working days, and courier takes from 2 to 5 working days to deliver your order (depending on shipping address).

Once order is shipped, you will be notified via email, and you will be given a tracking number to track the shipment.

Yes, we ship to any shipping address that has P.O. Box number.

We ship orders to the exact address which the customer has provided in shipping addresses that can be found here. If the customer has provide an incomplete or incorrect address and the packages is returned to us, shipping charge and other charges that has been made to return and reship the package to the correct address must be paid by the customer.

ABK is responsible for shipping the order out on the specified time. Once the order is sent out, it is up to the mail service to deliver the package on time. ABK cannot be held liable for lost packages or late delivery times caused by the delivery services. Tracking information is sent to the email address given on the invoice, if provided. Customer must contact us with any problem or delays after the order is shipped.
